Terms of Service

These terms govern your (the “tenant”'s) use of OutletPilot's Restaurant Operating System — web dashboard, mobile apps and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an OutletPilot account or using any OutletPilot product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

OutletPilot provides point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, staff, payroll, loyalty, online ordering and related modules for restaurant and cloud kitchen businesses, delivered as a subscription service across web and mobile apps. Available modules and limits depend on the plan you choose (Lite, Starter, Growth, or a custom Enterprise plan).

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the data you collect from your own customers and for complying with applicable data protection law toward them.
  • You must not use OutletPilot for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts the service for other tenants.

4. Subscriptions, trial and billing

New accounts may start with a free trial period; no card is required to begin a trial. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices and plan inclusions are as published on our pricing page at the time of purchase or renewal, and may change with notice before your next renewal. Add-on modules are billed separately as shown on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Your data

You (the tenant) own the business and customer data you enter into OutletPilot. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you connect your own third-party account (for example, your own Google Drive for photo and bill storage), that connected account and its storage remain yours; OutletPilot only creates and manages files within a folder it creates there for this purpose.

6. Third-party services

OutletPilot integrates with third-party services you may choose to connect — payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS providers, accounting software, delivery aggregators, and similar. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and OutletPilot is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. Intellectual property

OutletPilot and its original content, features and functionality are owned by OutletPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what is needed to use the service.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep OutletPilot available and performant at all times, and work to resolve issues promptly when they occur. Specific uptime commitments, where contractually offered, are set out separately for Enterprise plans. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutletPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using OutletPilot and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, you can request an export of your data for a limited period afterward, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated to tenants directly. Continued use of OutletPilot after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different governing law is required by local law for tenants outside India.
